About Winery: Hobo Wine Company began 18 years ago with just two barrels of Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel, fueled by enthusiasm and a bold, carefree spirit. The “Hobo” name refers to Kenny’s winemaking experiences traveling and working from place to place. It applies now to the fact that Kenny does not own his own vineyards, but sources fruit from 27 different farmers across 14 or more AVAs. They are fortunate to connect with customers who share their values and appreciation for wine, vineyards, and community.

Visit their website to book a tasting or order from one of their many brands.

Aggie Connection: Kenny grew up at Domain Saint George, the winery where his father worked as a general manager, but he did not consider following in his footsteps until his girlfriend enrolled at UC Davis. He followed her to UC Davis and graduated with a B.S. in Viticulture and Enology in 2001. Kenny founded Hobo Wine Company the following year, with a dedication to affordability and organic farming practices.
