The San Francisco Alumni Network invites all Aggies (alumni, students, faculty, family, and friends) to join them at the American Conservatory Theater’s production of Alfred Hitchcock’s North by Northwest!
Theater legend Emma Rice (A.C.T.’s Brief Encounter, Berkeley Rep’s The Wild Bride) returns to the Bay Area with her inventive take on the 1959 Alfred Hitchcock classic North by Northwest in a production hailed as “an undoubted triumph” (WhatsOnStage). This thrilling tale of mistaken identity sees us fleeing from a cornfield in the middle of nowhere to the sheer face of Mount Rushmore as Rice transforms this iconic film into a riotously funny high-speed theatrical ride.
Arriving early? Join your fellow Aggie theatergoers in the Sky Bar for a preshow reception! Your reception ticket includes a delicious lunch that includes a sandwich, salad, side, and nonalcoholic beverage. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase separately.

- When: Saturday, October 10
- Time: The doors open at 1pm, which is also when the Aggie Preshow Reception will start. Curtain is at 2 p.m. Show run time is 2.5 hours, with an intermission.
- Location: Toni Rembe Theater, 415 Geary St, San Francisco, CA 94102. The Aggie Preshow Reception will be in the Sky Bar inside the theater.
