The Cal Aggie Alumni Association invites you to celebrate the Lunar New Year with us! After you celebrate with your family and friends, join Aggies from around the world as we recognize the year of the Ox starting. Festivities will take place on Friday, February 19 at 5-6p.m. Pacific. We will have fun family friendly activities, learn about how the Lunar New Year is celebrated in different parts of the world, and share what our favorite festive foods are.
Be sure to prepare oranges, tangerines, long noodles, and sweet rice cakes so you have some snacks to enjoy during the event. We want to see how you have celebration Lunar New Year in the past and how you are celebrating this year. Submit photos here so we can share them during the event.
